Non-residential international students are eligible. Non-residential international students are students who plan to remain in their home country and not relocate to the U.S. or obtain any non-immigrant visa.

Residential International students are NOT eligible. Residential international students are students who will enter the U.S. on any non-immigrant visa, as well as students in any non-immigrant status who are already in the U.S.

Note: Students who hold or seek U.S. citizen or immigrant status are considered domestic students. This includes students who have been approved or have applied for DACA or entered the U.S. without inspection.
